WT -> BCC Invoice Enhancement -> Duplicate Adjustment Entries in case of few scenarios

• fetched invoice for Nov 2016 : shown the above entry in billing details [Nov 2016] and billing adjustment details [Jan to Oct 2016]
• I enrddolled that employee from 01/01/2016 with say $40000 coverage amount and $30 cost
• with this the enrollment from 09/01/2016 gets deleted- employee just have a single enrollment from 01/01/2016 to 12/31/2016 with $40000 coverage amount and $30 cost
• fetched invoice for Dec 2016

Expected & Actual Result :

Billing for Dec 2016 : $40000 coverage and $30 cost
Billing Adjustment from Jan to Nov 2016 : $30000 coverage and - $20 cost

On extra entry is shown Billing Adjustment from Jan to Nov 2016 : $30000 coverage and $20 cost which is wrong
