TIBCO
- i have made one credit pool with flat amount as 500 [eff from 01/01/2017]
- mapped to two benefit types medical and dental
- say, eligibility is : if enrolled in plan Med 1 OR enrolled in plan Dent 1
- added a new employee
- enrolled in Med 1 (say with cost 50) [Spending Credits Applied - 50 | Spending Credits Remaining - 450]
- now I enrolled in plan Dent 1 (say with cost 50)
Expected Result :
Spending Credits Applied - 100
Spending Credits Remaining - 400
Actual Result :
Spending Credits Applied - 50
Spending Credits Remaining - 450
When I recalculated the credits from SA utility : system started showing the costs in an expected manner
My expectations were : the moment tI enrolled in Dental - credit amount would have applied for Dental also. There was non need for Recalculations
