We have verified this on our end and observed that the customization on the invoice template page is greyed out this is because one or more invoices are already generated with this customization. If you want to make any changes on template page you will have to delete all the generated invoices. Please could you verify and let us know if you need any more information on this.

Following are the updates:
1. Templates need to have the ability to be modified.

• We have started analyzing the changes and impact of existing data that went on previous generated Invoices. We will have some fix details on this by Wednesday 17 Jan 2017.

2. Also did you add dob and status?

• No. We were working on the script to add the fields from backend. With QA verification this is done and tested on HSPL companies today.
  Please let us know following for demographic feilds addition (If yes, then this will be done by tomorrow i.e. 12 Jan 2017.):
  1. Can we execute the script on all 3 BCC companies?
  2. After adding these 2 fields do we need to update the data related to these fields for already generated invoices? Please note, if not updated data will come as blank for these 2 columns on already generated invoices.

We just need them for the Invoices we are set to produce in February. The January, 2017 finalized Invoices do NOT need to be altered at this time. However, if it makes the process simpler for development, they certainly can retro add them. We are looking for what is easiest and quick at this point

Can I please get an update on this. We are going to need to be able to edit templates on an ongoing basis

Hi Debbie Kulling,

We have stopped working on this enhancement from 02-Nov-2017 as we did not had approval for development.
Effort estimates for this task are around 230 hours. We have completed work of around 80 hours but in old UI as we expected this to get deployed in Dec 2017.
Now after resuming this task, it will take around 200 hours considering the rework for new UI i.e. 28 to 30 working days.
Please take a note of it.
