Employee Home Page widget implementation - NetSuite

Briar at NetSuite would like to have a widget added to the employee dashboard that would navigate the EE to a separate URL where NetSuite houses all their benefit information. The client currently has this link loaded throughout the system, but it is not visible 24 hours a day. If adding a widget is not an option are we able to add the URL to the quick links?

2. What will be display label of navigation link? Employee Benefits Portal (see screen shot below)

3. Is it a normal navigation in other window or there are some SingOn/Single SingOn needed for bridging? It’s a normal navigation except that the website has “bit.ly” in the address. The website is single sign-on, no logins needed. The website has general content only – no secure information included.
4. This will only be displayed on the EE home screen when logging onto WORKTERRA? Yes, though this same website link is already posted throughout the enrollment tunnels.
5. Will be any help text or summary to be displayed on the widget? Yes, we would like to display text. I can provide the text when the widget is ready to launch.
