On class change, election does not term as per Plan Level Termination Date Rule if employee has election(s) with Dependent

Steps to reproduce :
Set different termination date rule on company level and plan level; let say PLAN A
Get employee with dependent enrolled in any plan
Change the class of an employee so that employee will be ineligible in PLAN A
Election in PLAN A will be terminated as per Company Level Rule

Expected result : Election in PLAN A should be term as per plan level termination date rule
