      Description

      While doing data entry into WorkTERRA today, customer noticed that it is not applying spending credits. Attached is an example using a new hire Rebecca Moore. WorkTERRA says that spending credits are allotted, but that none are being applied to her coverage.

      Unfortunately, we have had ongoing issues with the Spending Credit. If we can remedy this right away client would greatly appreciate it.
