While doing data entry into WorkTERRA today, customer noticed that it is not applying spending credits. Attached is an example using a new hire Rebecca Moore. WorkTERRA says that spending credits are allotted, but that none are being applied to her coverage.
Unfortunately, we have had ongoing issues with the Spending Credit. If we can remedy this right away client would greatly appreciate it.

Lorena.Nava@ebsbenefits.com I have recalculated credits for this employee 'Rebecca Moore'. Please check and confirm. Dev team is looking further into this issue.
Jyoti Mayne I have checked this with new employee the credits are getting allotted but are not applying. When I tried through SA utility the credits are getting applied to the employee. Could you please check for the cause and also check for the all affected employees those did not receive the applied credits.
