We asked Lorena.Nava@ebsbenefits.com to provide list of 677 employees those are impacted by this and she provided report "Pending EOI List Five Guys 1.17.1729542_3971" it contain around 14,139 records and we reviewed this report and found record on report are not correct because it is showing employee effective date '01/01/2016' but his/her effective date is '01/01/2017'.
Is client referring "Pending EOI List Five Guys 1.17.1729542_3971" to validate pending EIOs from Benadmin to Exchange, if yes then it is wrong because this report does not has proper records. If Not please provide list of employee that client is referring to validate data, so we can investigate more on this and find root cause of this issue.
We have also fetched new report from backend with valid data, please use this report to validate pending EIOs and As per our understanding when we moved Five Guys company from Benadmin to Exchange platform, at that time we moved complete data to Exchange platform.
Note:- Meanwhile we have also requested to Virzon to provide database backup of '27 Oct 2016' when we moved Five Guys from Benadmin to Exchange and it will take 4 to 5 working days. We are doing this to confirm Enrollment data was moved properly from Benadmin to Exchange.
Lorena.Nava@ebsbenefits.com we tried call you on your cell, regrading all five guys issue. Could you please send a mail when you will come online, so we can discuss all Five Guys issues.
