Hello,
I am trying to make changes to existing Health Tier Mapping values and add new mappings, but i am getting the attached error stating Form Description Format Invalid. I originally added these mapping and the format was accepted then, but not now. Please see attached screenshot.
Plan i am adjusting is called "Delta Dental - COBRA-Dental-Delta Dental", but i suspect this error will occur on every SCCSIG client build because the format of these values are the same across all SCCSIG clients.
Need this issue resolved so i can move forward with my adjustments.
Thanks,
Chris

WT-7902 WT -> Server Error on SA Utility if health tier policy no is of longer length and characters

Hello Chris Ellenberger
We have deployed and tested the fix on Production
Now you can put down the policy nos which has alphanumeric letters (a-z, A-Z, 0-9) with white space special characters like * Plus ( + ), Hypen ( - ) , Rounded Brackets ( ( ) ), Forward Slash ( / ) and Underscore (_)*
We have verified the policy nos are appearing properly on SA utility for respective election entries
We have also exported the respective data and verified - are the policy nos coming properly on file - this worked as expected
[ Note - while editing the policy nos, system might not allow you to keep the special characters in mapping name. In that case kindly remove the special characters from the names. If you want us to remove those validations also - do let us know on this. We can create a separate JIRA for the same and make the changes]
Please review this at your end - and if its working as per your expectations, you may close this JIRA
