      Description

      Scenario 1 : Through UI

Plan level termination date rule is set
Plan level over age dependent date rule is not set
Company level termination date rule is set

      1. max SP and CH age limit set for my vision plan is say 30 years
      2. i enrolled my employee E1 with SP and employee E2 with CH in the above plan
      3. now i made CH and SP of age say 40 years by changing their birth date - which caused CH and SP termination from the above enrollment

      Actual Result :
      1. SP got terminated with the termination date according to plan level termination date rule
      2. CH got terminated with the termination date according to company level termination date rule

what is ideal case out of above two ? I guess CH also should have got terminated with the termination date according to plan level termination date rule

Please let us know the correct case and fix the other case.

      Scenario 2 : Through Service

Plan level termination date rule is set
Plan level over age dependent date rule is not set
Company level termination date rule is set

      1. max SP and CH age limit set for my vision plan is say 30 years
      2. i enrolled my employee E1 with SP and employee E2 with CH in the above plan
      3. now i made CH and SP of age say 40 years by changing their birth date from back end- and ran eligibility service which caused CH and SP termination from the above enrollment

      Actual Result :
      1. SP got terminated with the termination date according to company level termination date rule
      2. CH got terminated with the termination date according to company level termination date rule

Are above two case's results right ? Should the termination occur with the termination date according to company level termination date rule ? Or PLan level termination date rule ?

Please update us the correct case and fix them if it is not correct.

Results given through UI and Services should be same
