In RMH Prod, We have a member: T Orvin Fillman, whose voluntary Life and AD&D rate is not appearing prior to 1/17/17. We’ve tried recalculating his rate, however that doesn’t seem to do anything.
In looking through his enrollment summary and enrollment history report, he is showing multiple enrollments in this plan.
In looking through the “view history” it doesn’t appear that anything weird happened for this EE. He didn’t go online multiple times to change his plans, nor were any changes to his account done recently.
Could you please have development review his record to see why his voluntary Life and AD&D record is not showing a rate until 1/17 and also why he is showing multiple enrollments in the plan? Could you please also have his rate corrected to show back to 1/1/17?
