      Description

      Employee: Mindy Poss

      Admin approved her pending EOI for her STD. When it was approved it does not approve the sub plan.

      1. Please look into the data base and find out what sub plan she originally elected so we can fix her election

      2. Why is this an issue again. We had this corrected last fall and it was tested and confirmed.
