These are the below findings which we have observed,
1. Currently system does not show the sub plan on View History as well as on Pending Queue.
2. We have also checked the confirmation statement of an employee .( please check the screen shots)
3. We have also gone through the STD plan >> sub plan it was required but not mandatory /even if we tried for Mandatory it was not working.
4. For this we have referred to WT-187.

2. Enrolled the STD & sub plan
3.We can see pending status for STD on employee login.
2. We can approve the plan from pending Que.
3. The sub plan are showing in confirmation statement ( after approval.).
4 .These are checked on production and stage both.

Clients wants to know which plans was originally elected , please help us to find these record from back-end . Thank you.

I need an update on this. Is there any way to find out how the employee was approved through the EOI and the subplan was not assigned

Please find below details:

1. Please look into the data base and find out what sub plan she originally elected so we can fix her election

We checked from back end and found that employee elected 7 Day Wait Sub Plan.

2. Why is this an issue again. We had this corrected last fall and it was tested and confirmed.

Concern: Sub Plan entry is not gets add after EOI approval.

This is scenario specific issue

Cause:

• Employee did election with 1/1/17 effective date and pended for EOI.
• Admin approved pending EOI with Effective date 02/01/2017 which not same as Election Effective date '01/01/2017' in this case sub plan is not getting approved.

Correction: We are working on code fix and update you.

Please let me know the ETA on the code fix. Also we need to look at why you cannot see any history on sub plans or run and reports that include sub plans

• We needs 7 hr to fix this issue along with unit testing.
• Currently system is not showing history of sub plans.

currently can not start testing this on WT Stage due to an open issue at enrollment screen WT-8435

Hello All,

This is tested on WT Stage - working well - 15th Feb 2017

We tried out various scenarios -

• employee enrolled in STD plan - admin accepted the EOI request with same eff date as that of the enrollment
• employee enrolled in STD plan - admin accepted the EOI request with different eff date as that of the enrollment
• above scenarios tested with and without admin approval
• above scenarios tested with and without GI situations

In all the cases - system showed the correct name of the enrolled sub plan on confirmation statement

This issue us deployed and tested on Production. Scenarios tested are mentioned in earlier comments.
System shows the correct sub plan name (which is accepted from Pending EOI) along with it's correct coverage and related costs on Confirmation Statements.

You may review this at your end and close the JIRA if it;s working as per the expectations.
