      Description

      Currently we have a file export for Prime (Space) for the EQUIFAX ACA items.

      We now have a file export for Prime (no space) Healthcare as well, which includes the following facilities:

      Suburban (2/1/2016)
      Lake Huron (effective 1/1/16)
      Garden City HGC
      Garden City PMG
      Providence Medical Center
      Providence Place
      Saint John Hospital
      United Home Health Services

      Please provide 2017 files going forward, scheduled for the 10th of each month.
