Hi Nandu,
Currently we have a file export for Prime (Space) for the EQUIFAX ACA items. We will also need to add the Prime (no space) Healthcare as well. The new facilities are:
Suburban (2/1/2016)
Lake Huron (effective 1/1/16)
Also – There are a few groups that have moved off of the Prime (space) company which are now on the Prime (no space). Those facilities are:
Garden City HGC
Garden City PMG
Providence Medical Center
Providence Place
Saint John Hospital
United Home Health Services
There data will need to pull from this site (Prime no space) with 1/1/16 going forward.
Can you please provide an ETA of when you think we can get a file for January
Hello Yogesh Chaudhari,
Jennifer Fernandes and I had a call with the client this afternoon. They do not need to have the December reports run again. Jennifer Fernandes advised them of reports that they can run out of WorkTerra to capture termination dates entered at the facility level to the closest of their ability.
One of the Prime employees did have the following question regarding dependent information:
We transferred all IRS data to Equifax and we have the following dependents dropped from the 1095-C form (see attachment sent to Yogesh via email) due to missing employee benefits transaction or dependent transaction unable to map to an employee benefits transaction. The dependent benefit transaction has to match to four columns on the employee benefits transaction:
1. EmployeeSSN
2. EmployerFEIN
3. BenefitsEffectiveDate
4. BenefitsDecisionDate
Please provide an employee benefits transaction for these dependents.
Can you please review tonight so that we can provide an answer for Prime tomorrow (1/24/17)?
Thank you!
