Employee has enrollment in medical plan with with Credit Pool and CP has Enroll-in condition for medical plan. Employee Enrollment Effective Date:- 01/01/2017 Termination Date:- 12/31/2017 Credit Pool Effective Date:- 01/01/2017 Termination Date:- 12/31/2017 After this Partner/Admin raised retro date Qualifying Event that is effective from '12/31/2016' and changes employee data, after employee data change Credit Pool was delete from system because of ineligibility. We had Design Team Meeting for this issue. In this meeting we decided that we handle this as rates has:- If rates has Enroll-in condition on plan in this case system compare employee effective date with enrollment effective date if employee effective date greater then enrollment effective date in this case system consider employee effective date for ratechanges_log but if employee effective date lesser then enrollment effective date then system consider enrollment effective date ratechanges_log.
