Hi all - We may need to re-run the files for Southern regional from the HSPL copy - I am working with EDI to get a new file with enrollments loaded but I want you to be aware of this -

As per your latest comments on 28 March 2017, We have to rerun files for "Southern Regional".
We have considered 300885567,472819044 these two EIN's for Southern Regional.
Please confirm our understanding for same.
1.Employees from FEIN 300885567 (Southern Regional) will come on file from Feb(02/01/2016) month onward.
2.Employees from FEIN 472819044 (Suburban Community Hospital ) should not come on file from may month.
PFA attached screen shot for additional information.

Hello Revansiddha Gaur,
We received feedback from client that they expected to see ED code, which represents Employee + Dependent (No Spouse) on the "Benefits Type Accepted" field value. The client advised that the ED code did not appear on any of the 2016 files provided today. We could not identify the ED code on the file as well.
We evaluated Equifax file spec (see attached screenshot). We found the "Benefits Type Offered" field on the file which did say ED; however, when looking at the "Benefits Type Accepted" field, we found no records tied to ED, nor could we find this field in the original file spec. However, this field is mapped to the file, and we did find examples where Employee + Dependents (No Spouse) were not picked up on the file. See examples below.
Scenario 1
1. Employee Catarina Ribiero EEID20050 - EE + Children (No Spouse) - Not showing on January EMP file
Scenario 2 - we found employees on the report with an EDS code (Employee + Family), but when looking at the record, employee tier is Employee + Child; we would have expected to see code ED in the "Benefits Type Accepted" field instead of EDS.
1. Employee Adebisi Adewakun EEID20357 - EE + Child (No Spouse)
2. Employee Chiquita Allen EEID20067 - EE + Children (No Spouse)
Please evaluate this immediatelycolored text.The urgency is due to the fact that this is for ACA data. If you confirm that a field mapping issue or data transformation issue is found, new files will need to provided.

Hi All - The files are in review so we do not have any feedback at this time. Feel free to work on the 2017 files (none needed for Southern Regional) - We will let you know if we need additional changes to the Southern files.

Hello Revansiddha Gaur,
The client is still reviewing, but did note the following:
We are currently reviewing the files you sent and do see an issue with Column G. This Column should always be EDS as that is what we always offer the employee “family coverage”. This was to be hard coded on the back end in the Workterra system as approx. 1 year ago per the specifications given to Jennifer Leugers.
This is for all facilities that this change needs to be made.
Can you please make sure this happens on all the future files sent over to Prime.

We think that we should hold on processing the March-2017 file until receive the review feedbacks , because if any discrepancy in previous files may repeat the same in the March-2017 files.

4.The employees who are not eligibile for any ACA plan but enrolled in waive or medical opt out plan still these employees should be pulled out on the file.

I have forwarded the files above to the client for review.
As a result of our call with DEV this week, we asked the client to answer the following questions:
• Waive Opt Out – how should this appear on the file?
Column J – Benefits type accepted -should read NO
Column M- Plan code offered -should be the true plan code offered
Column Q- Plan Code Accepted-should be Waive or Opt Out
•Should it be treated as a waive or a (waive) medical plan? Jennifer Fernandes to verify
•Should Waive and Opt Out not be named as a plan; not ACA eligible? Again I’m not sure of the plan/naming convention? However it SHOULD be ACA Eligible
•Can you provide an update on the Saint Marys Surgery Center Gallena employees? Client will follow up
•We didn’t receive any updates to the specs – are there any changes for 2017?
Please confirm I sent out two email so far regarding specs
and also discussed in the meeting last week, see below
Column G should be hard coded to EDS
Southern Regional should not be on the 2017 files
Also if Column J is No and Column Q is Waive/Opt out then Columns N- P should all be blank
Only January’s file should have all data any file after that should have changes only terms, new hires, status changes, etc. for that month only.
All Opt Outs need to be on file PT and per diems as well
