WT -> Age Banded Health Rates are not working for Child Member

      Description

      • make a health rate where Are Plan Costs determined using Age-Banded Rates? is yes
      • add costs for employee, spouse and child as shown in the attached screenshot
      • on enroll now screen -
        1. enroll an employee in the mapped plan with above rate (EE) - system gave the appropriate EE cost
        2. enroll an employee in the mapped plan with above rate (EE+SP) - system gave the appropriate EE cost + SP cost
        3. enroll an employee in the mapped plan with above rate (EE+CH or EE+SP+CH etc) - system does not add the CH tier rate cost in the EE cost or EE+SP cost

      Rate mentioned for CH member in the rates are not getting applied appropriately

            Concern : Rate is not getting calculated for child type for age banded health rates.

            Cause : it is not implemented in system.

            Correction : Code fix is done .
