Concern: Dev Can you please help explain why we are seeing multiple elections in STD and LTD plans on the Confirm Page?
Cause:- We are inprocess to find root cause of this issue. We will update you as soon as possible.
Correction:- We have removed duplicate election of EE Jeremy Worden. Please verify the same at your end and we are also in-process to scan all employees.

We have scanned all employees and found 73 employees, those has duplicate election. We are inprocess to correct these records. Please refer attached list of employees for more details. Employee_List.zip (attached file is password protected)

Regarding Jeremy Worden Dental plan:- Both plan are different one is Dental High Plan and another is Dental Low Plan. Please refer attached screenshot for more details.

Regarding Correction of other affected employee :- We have removed duplicate election of other employees. Please verify same at your end let us know in case of any issue.

Cause: As per request in WT-7650 we have removed approval pending from backed, while removing this we set flag IsApprovalPending from 1 to 0 in this case some employee has two enrollment in same plan, one has actual enrollment another is for approval pending with IsApprovalPending flag 1, when we update IsApprovalPending from 1 to 0 then both enrollment are active and it is showing duplicate in Confirmation Statement.

Correction: We have removed duplicate election of other employees. Please verify same at your end let us know in case of any issue.
