DEV- I cannot enroll the EE in the Basic Life plan for the QE I created for her to be effective date 3/1/2017. the select amount does not change, I have also tried to waive and reenroll for the 2/1 which does not change.

I received a call this a.m. about another employee who changed from Per Diem to FT and who cannot be enrolled in Basic Life/AD&D.

Employee: Coleen Liddle
ss# 530352981
Facility: Saint Marys Regional Medical Center
Salary $80600.00

Currently, Basic LIfe/ADD&D are showing $50K, but system will not allow her to enroll, so Basic Life salary coverage is showing $81K (instead of $31K).

Hi Janine Calendo and Amber Love-Jones,

The issue is due to "Basic Life/AD&D." plan is mapped to "Blueware" EnrollmentService, but in system we do not have "BlueWare" as an active enrollmentservice for sso. So do not map EnrollmentService as "BlueWare". Please see below image for more details.

Amanda B. Garvey As per our conversation rather then unmap the plan. We changed the enrollment selection field to match the old plan. Then you and I verified this is working correctly by enrolling the EE in the plan and the rates are calculating as well.
