      Description

      Employee: Melissa Copes

      Facility: Saint Marys Regional Medical Center

      Employee went from PT to FT effective 2/01/2017.
      Basic life salary coverage went from $13K (as PT) to $54K (as FT).

      Currently, Basic LIfe/AD&D coverage splitting as 13K and 41K instead of 50K and 4K. Option to select 50K (rather than 13K) is showing, but selection of 50K is not processing. Please correct.
