Village of Hoffman - Signed UAT - Going Live 2/29

Can I please have your approval for the Village of Hoffman to move from stage to production. They would like to go live 2/29. Please note, they are going live with the data as it is in stage so please make sure to move all of the employees and enrollment details as of today.

Also, they are using our ACA module and their ACA configuration is attached.

Once the group is live, the following users will need access to the site.
