      Description

      Hi Dev -

      I have had 2 clients that are having issues with Qualifying Events -

      Example 1 - Five Guys (Exchange) - Employee Ryan Boles - This employee should be able to update benefits through the tunnel - they are not getting the needed pages - After the tunnel the employee is able to use the umbrella to enroll but they should be getting the tunnel pages.

      Example 2 - SBM - The employee is Tuan Bui - The spouse page is not showing through the tunnel and we are not able to get this to show -

      All of these we are from the employee view not the admin -

      Please review - Five Guys is higher priority if you can review.

            Verified on Stage using company five guys for hspl. In employee flow, number of screens are changing on save and continue button.

            Verified on LB using company five guys. Number of pages are displayed 14 onload. but as user continues, they becomes 13. PFA screen shot.
