Hi Dev -
I have had 2 clients that are having issues with Qualifying Events -
Example 1 - Five Guys (Exchange) - Employee Ryan Boles - This employee should be able to update benefits through the tunnel - they are not getting the needed pages - After the tunnel the employee is able to use the umbrella to enroll but they should be getting the tunnel pages.
Example 2 - SBM - The employee is Tuan Bui - The spouse page is not showing through the tunnel and we are not able to get this to show -
All of these we are from the employee view not the admin -
Please review - Five Guys is higher priority if you can review.

Regarding SBM QE Issue:- We have created another WT-8472 jira for this issue.
Regarding Five Guys QE Issue:- We have fixed this issue in our local environment and our unit testing is in-progress.Tomorrow (02/16/2017 IST), we will update you on same.

Please refer following 3'C for this Five Guys QE Issue:-
Concern:- In case of QE employee not getting Exchange related pages in Workflow.
Cause :- For QE, following exchange related page was not implemented.
1. Health Profile
2. Questionnaire
3. Recommend Plans
4. Select Your Plans
Correction:- We have fixed this issue by implemented exchange related page in code.
Please verify the same at your end and let us know in case of any issue/concern.

We have deploy this fix on our Local. We will move it on Stage and on Production as per regular patch process.
