I have had 2 clients that are having issues with Qualifying Events -

Example 1 - Five Guys (Exchange) - Employee Ryan Boles - This employee should be able to update benefits through the tunnel - they are not getting the needed pages - After the tunnel the employee is able to use the umbrella to enroll but they should be getting the tunnel pages.

Example 2 - SBM - The employee is Tuan Bui - The spouse page is not showing through the tunnel and we are not able to get this to show -

All of these we are from the employee view not the admin -

Please review - Five Guys is higher priority if you can review.
