Please find below details,

Concern: Unexpected records populated on file.

Cause: As we checked, all highlighted unexpected records are from plan Vision and Basic Dependent Life. Both of this plans are forced plan. Vision is forced contingent upon medical and Basic Dependent Life is force contingent on Medical, dental,vision and Basic life.

There is an issue in enrollment system due to which these force contingent enrollments are getting updated by employee data change and there is no actual change in enrollment, it is just updating enrollment date-time stamp.

As there is no actual change in enrollment data, it is not showing up on view history screens but export change file tracks date-time of enrollment which is updated due to above said error and records are populating on file.

Correction: We have assigned this to enrollment team and they will check this issue further.

• Enroll Now scenarios for Force Contingency.
• Pending Queue scenarios for parent and child plans.
• Demographic changes while elections are pended/approved.

Please get me the refreshed copy of Town of Cary from production to LB for testing.

The company which is existing on the LB is too old and doesn't have new plans as well for proper testing, also as per my discussion with Umesh, we don't know whether the correction script has been executed on LB company or not.
So, please get the refreshed company down on LB for testing.
