Today's Date : 02/21/2017
One of the Child Birth date is 02/25/1991
Below are the scenario.
Steps == >
1) EE+SP+2CH Enrolled into Medical Dental Vision with effective date 01/01/2017.
2) on 02/22/2017 employee changed their enrollment in Medical and dental with effective date 03/01/2017 with other medical and dental plan.
One child is termed due to OAD from Medical and Dental.
3) On 02/25/2017 eligibility service runs and one child termed from vision due to OAD
After that Cobra feed exporting record only for Vision, not for medical and dental. because their is check for user id -2.
So please update -2 User id for enrollment, don't update Date time stamp.

This has been dropped from WT Sprint 29, as resources moved to UI Refresh & post that main focus is to resolve Bugs.
Will plan this by Mid June 2017.

From my end - I tried writing down the test cases for this change.
You may use them for making analysis document / implementation or unit testing.
Please let me know, if any new scenarios needs to be added in this suite.
