Recalculate button is not working in SA Utility for all Utility Criteria e.g. Recalculate Rates, Recalculate Credit, Recalculate Policy No.
Also note is getting displayed for all other options.
Scenario : If employee don't have any policy number allocated, 'Search' will never return any record for that employee and we can't recalculate policy number for that employee although he is eligible
