Flex plan rollover changes for OE component

For Flexible spending account, we have added following new option for coverages:
1. Elect Per Pay Check Amount
2. One time amount deduction from my pay check
3. deduction pay date
4. One time amount deduction from commission/profit sharing/bouns
5. Profit sharing deduction pay date
While doing rollover these newly added coverage fields are not moving with Workterra Utility and this leads to rework

At present we can do enrollment rollover 3 places, SA utility, Workterra Utility and OE component. All 3 utilities use their own code. It is better, if we are able to club the code.
Please confirm with Jyoti Mayne that this is already implemented for Workterra utility.
