            Hi Nathaniel Cornejo-Walker,

The "Multiple Rows?" flag should be set to Yes on template settings.Yes is used for normal templates where as No is used for column-wise paycheck imports only. I've changed the flag and file will be imported properly.

We will change the help text under that field so that it will be more understandable.

Nathaniel Cornejo-Walker - what was the error message?
Thanks. Suraj Sokasane. While help text is a good thing, is it also possible for the system to emit an error message that could help the user to understand what went wrong?

            Hi Nathaniel Cornejo-Walker,

We currently do not support the MMDDYYYY format for Import. This will need enhancement.
You can create a JIRA for the same of type Enhancement and get it approved from Dave. Please suggest other dateformats which are coming in file right now and not yet implemented in WT.
I do not see any workaround for this right now except manually changing the dateformat in excel.
Please let us know if you have any queries.
