Design team MOM for EDS optimization meeting.

If we will optimize these 3 store procedure, we will get more then 30% of benefits.
As discussed in the design team meeting today there is a huge opportunity for optimization.
We have discussed and all are on same page for the analysis.

Action Points technical team:-
1. Save the general field information on page save event for form builder.
2. All field level details and options available for this page
3. Add one eligibility bit column in this data structure.
4. When employee screen need to be displayed for Employee level/Admin level we we will fetch the build in page format from db table.
5. Add the control values in the format
6. Check the field level eligibility,
7. Check rights if admin login and return the result.

Actions points for Management:

1 Analysis is ready needed decision which team will execute this task EDS or Performance team.
Design team recommendation is EDS team will take over this.
2. Total high-level effort are required to optimize 3 sp are 8- 10 week.
