Export_LB_Manual Import/Export Page_Date Issue

      Description

      1.Login to LB.
      2.Edit company say 'ACA Automation'.
      3.Navigate to Home >> Company Home >> BenAdmin Home >> BenAdmin Company Home >> Manual Import/Export.
      4.Click on Export Radio Button.
      5.Select template to export.
      6.Add From & To date.

      Actual: System is bydefault considering form & to date as today's date.
      Expected: System should consider date which user is entering.

          Please find 3C's as below

          Concern: System is bydefault considering form & to date as today's date.

          Cause: We have checked this and found that there was conflicting the date format with UK benefit recent change.

          Correction: We have handle this in code, in future this will not cause for an issue.

          Its working fine.
          Now System is not considering form & to date as today's date by default.

          This issue does not exists on production as its related to UK benefits and UK benefits is not deployed on production yet. This will get moved along with UK benefits.
