• import a life rate which contains overlapping age bands
• with import - system is allowing to have overlapping age bands in to the rates - which is not allowed when rates are added through UI

I am attaching the screenshot and the rate template I used for importing a Rate in to Austin for HSPL - Production

When such rates are mapped to core plans - and eligible employees are added in to the system, sever error appears. refer WT-8927
