SMUHSD - Kaiser HDHP Health Tier deletion

Hello Development Team,

I created a health tier called TERM under Kaiser Permanente: HDHP Plan-Medical-Kaiser Permanente in stage, but unable to delete it after finding out the enrollment unit is not required. We already did a recalc and removed records from this health tier, changed the effective/term dates, eligibility rule, and still no option to delete it.
