We have moved this fix to production and tested the above listed scenarios - this is working as per the expectations.
We won't be facing the credit pool amounts doubling issue henceforth.

I tried fetching few employee's record through database whether any of them having older effective date in creditpool_cashout table. I found near about 50 such employees.
When I went on thier confirmation statement - their credit pool amounts are still Double. Ideally this problem should get fixed now with Credit Recalculations if I am not wrong.

Can you proceed further with the corrective actions which will remove these double costs with existing employees on Production and Stage (if any) & update the status ?

We have scanned affected employees in Production and found 13 employee (list given below). We have re-calculated their credit pool and their confirmation statement is looking correct now. Please check and confirm.

We have again verified few employees in order to test the double credit pool amounts issue on Stage and Production
Issue is resolved now. The effective dates in creditpool_cashout tables are correct also.
