Hi,
UVU's 7/1/17 OE will be from 4/17/17 - 5/12/17.
We have extended the rates for the plans listed below. I have already recalculated to extend the rates out for another year.
We have noticed for the plans with fiscal year rule setups, after rate recalculation, the rates are not updating to the next age band, or they are showing blank in the case of reductions. The rates were just extended for this year.
Would you be able to run the rules to ensure that the rates and reductions are calculating appropriately effective 7/1/17?
