      Description

      There are two enhancements that can dramatically improve speed and efficiency of rule usage in general - and specifically for EDI.

      1. Ability to clone a rule.
      2. Ability to "edit" a rule by deleting and adding lines to it.
        Please note that the "validation" of rule needs to wait till all the edits are made. E.g. when a line from a working rule is deleted, it may become an invalid construct. Therefore system should not do validation till user attempts to save the rule.
