We’re trying to delete all the employees (there are supposedly no dependents, enrollments or QEs according to the SA Utility) in Stage for County of Sutter, but when any of us try to use the SA Utility to do it. We get an error like the following:
Is this something you can fix or delete in some other way? We’re trying to load live data later today so we can submit the form to move them to live tomorrow.

On or about March 31st, we logged an issue we had in Stage with the ability to delete participant records for the County of Sutter (I have re-attached the original e-mail trail). This group just recently moved to production and we are having the exact same issue. Participant: 566254205 was duplicated in the original file feed sent by the employer and needed deleted. We went into the SA Toolbox, brought his record up, set deletion and received a server error (see attached printscreen). However, when you go to the “search employee” feature of the system – it appears as though the participant is deleted (see attached printscreen). No one ever followed up with us on why this is occurring, what the solution is or how to ensure that we do not continue to have this problem with the County of Sutter. Can you all please log this issue again ASAP so that prior to our group going live into the system next week this issue is closed.
