WT -> Date of Birth auto populating in Street Address fields

1. Add new employee with street address as blank
2. Log in with employee
3. Go on add child / spouse / I 9 Form or any other form where you have street address field

Actual Result : Employee's date of birth is appearing on Street Address Field
