WT -> Spouse Enrolled In Macro not working when Spouse Relationship is changed

Say -

Parent Plans - P1 P2 P3 (health)
Contingent Plans - C1 C2 C3 (health)
Say plan P3 is eligible for only Spouse (not to Ex - Spouse)

Please refer the customization for contingent plan in attached screenshot (same for all - not core plans)

• enroll EE+SP+CH in P3 through OE eff from 05/01/2017
• with this employee gets enrolled in C1 C2 C3 with same tier - Expected
• through same OE eff from 05/01/2017 change the Spouse Relationship Status from Spouse to Ex Spouse

Expected - enrollment in C1 C2 C3 would have been terminated as the spouse is not enrolled in any of the Parent plan (P3 just had enrollment with EE+CH now)

Actual - enrollment in C1 C2 C3 persists in the system
