      Description

      Concern: Add Employee error.

      Cause: After adding employee, core plan allocation routine got executed. Here system is checking all the core plans and for Life All fields core plan effective from 1/1/16 to 12/31/2016.

      Need to consider only plans which are active to employee as per his effective date and remove terminated plan check.
