      Description

      Company - City of Irvine For HSPL

      Server - Azure

      Step:-
      1.Login to application using SA
      2.Navigate to OnBoard > Reports > New Hire I9s
      3. Keep from and to date blank
      4.Click on View report
      5.Download .csv and .doc

      Actual- No data display in files

      Expected - Data should be display in file

            The behavior of report is same as report on stage.
            Please compare the report with stage reports.
            If there is an issue in New Hire I-9s report on stage then assign to proper team.

            Hi Nidhi Kaul,

            Regarding CSV:
            Export to CSV do not work as expected for any report our system.
            Also, have not seen any client use the CSV option.
            Will check if this option can be removed.

            Regarding blank .doc:
            This happens only on machine with Open Office installed. This is Open Office limitation.
            Reports get exported properly in .doc file on machines having MS Office installed.

            Changing the priority to low.
