We currently have the Basic Life and AD&D plans in Symphony set up with the billing period policy for the change/terms set to be “Premiums waived prior the cut-off day” rule with the days set to “15” (e.g. if termed after 15th, premiums are waived). What we are seeing on the billing summary and the billing details is that the termination employee’s coverage is still included in the volume even though their premium is $0. This is causing issue with the carriers as they compute off of the total volume being displayed on the summary and since the volume is incorrectly displaying for termed members, it is throwing off the totals.
I have attached a snapshot of the report showing a member is termed but their volume is still showing on the report but listed with $0.00 premiums. Also there is a snap shot of the summary showing where the Volume is overstated on the report compared to the total premiums being collected.
Thanks Gary

Hi Gary Cunningham,
