FDAC EBA - Admin User - User Right Settings - Needs Immediate Attention

Request 1:

Hello,
Today we received word from our FDAC EBA Admin that she was allowed to view all Classes when only one class was selected. We did find that the "Show Employees of selected class(es) combination only" was set to "No". Once that was flipped to yes we did validate that only the selected class was updated.

Could you tell me if something changed the setting, for example it was once set to Yes and it was later changed to No? If you find it was changed, I will need to know when and by who was it changed?

We need this feedback ASAP, as this has caused great stress to the client, broker and WT operations team.

Request 2:
Observation:
In the past the system allowed for Classes and Statuses to be selected without having to update the "Show Employees of selected class(es) combination only" field. This has changed and now that field has to be set to Yes to update to be able to update the Class and Status fields otherwise they show as view only. When did this is update occur? How was this update communicated?

Request 3:
I was not able to also choose a change request, as well, but we need a scan of all companies in the system to identify which companies have the "Show Employees of selected class(es) combination only" field set to "No". Based on that listing and upon our review, we will provide approval & direction to flip the flag to "Yes" for all the clients identified. This needs immediate attention.
