Please find below 3C' s of the issue,
Concern:Server Error on Login with surviving Spouse

Cause:Page level access entry for level 7 i.e for spouse login set is not set.

Correction:Updated the level 7 entry.Please verify.
Issue is not on stage and production as level 7 is already set as '1'. Cross verify and close the ticket.

Verified this issue on LB.
System throws error on login with surviving spouse.
Issue is still exists.

Correction : Page level access rights are provided for surviving spouse.

Impacted Areas: Surviving login -> Manage Beneficiary
Affected files: Created data modification script.

Verified Login of surviving spouse on LB
Company - City of lakeworth

Issue of server error on login with surviving spouse is fixed.
Also verified session logout time scenario.
Marking item state as LB QA on hold as WT-9886 is in testing on LB with mobile team.
