Stage->Employee Login->Server error is displaying after saving Demographics information.

Environment - Stage
Company - It is seems to be for all companies (We have verified for Austin for HSPL / TSR Demo Company)

Steps:
1] Login to the application as a employee.
2] Navigate to Demographics->Update and Save the information.

Actual Result:
Server error is displaying. Refer attached screenshot and error log for more details.
Expected Result:
Server error should not be display.
