We are having an issue with the HSA form. The form drives the eligibility for the medical plan. The form worked fine during OE. After open enrollment the client decided they wanted the New Hire Event and all Qualifying events to pend.
BCC changed the new hire event to pend "Elections with Waive Pending"
Added test employee "Test Test"
Now when you go through the employee workflow the radio buttons on the page will not save.
This client is live and this needs to be looked at on priority. You can copy Hope down to stage and overwrite the existing copy to test.

through Partner, Admin, Employee, SA
additional form save and updated successfully.
Working fine as expected
This is deployed and verified on production.

Employee has raised BCC admin Event.In that event,HSA eligibility questions form is not selected.
So it is not allowing to save the changes. This is correct behaviour.
Please select form in raised qualifying event to save data.
Please let me know any additional details are required.
