As per your note we crosschecked this issue for EE “Test Test”
Below are our observations:
1. We login as an EE (login status was incomplete)
3. Selected radio button on HSA form and completed the entire workflow successfully.
It seems the forms are getting saved properly; please refer below screen shots of the EE work flow in the tunnel and also with Partner login>> managing EE>> addition forms>>HSA eligibility questions.


Additionally we found that in company information >> requires verification for new hire-rehire is selected as “No”

We tested the scenarios and following are our observations:

In company information if we select flag requires verification for new hire flag to "Yes" and select "election data with waive pending”

In partner login or EE login if we go to additional forms “HSA Eligibility Questions” and make changes in radio buttons, the changes does not get saved.

Please find below 3C's of the issue,

Concern :Form Page Not Working when Event is pended

Cause : Condition for saving the additional form when 'requires verification' is set to yes for new hire employee and form is having radio button was not checked properly. This is why it is not saving the changes on additional form.

Correction : Condition is handled and deployed on local environment.

Debbie is out of the office today and the client is looking for an update on this issue. I have a few questions:

-What is the "local environment"? Is local environment referencing "Stage" or "Production"?
-If the local environment is "Stage" can you tell me when the fix will hit "Production"?

Local environment is harbinger testing environment.
This fix is deployed on stage today.We will let know the production deployment date.

Employee has raised BCC admin Event.In that event,HSA eligibility questions form is not selected.
So it is not allowing to save the changes. This is correct behaviour.

Please select form in raised qualifying event to save data.
Please let me know any additional details are required.
