I take it back! Here are some questions.
- Which tab should we see to find what is being deleted? Is it "to be deleted" OR are the ones in red in Harbinger tab?
- There are some "duplicate fields" (see this screenshot:
) - possibly coming from "Add Employee" and "Add Employee Demographics" screens. This is surely confusing. Are they redundant?
- What do you mean by "unused"? Does that mean you have checked all the templates (using database scripts) to verify that the "unused" fields are not in use anywhere? We found the following fields in the "to be deleted" tab that are in use and hence SHOULD NOT BE DELETED. There could be more such fields, how can we be sure?
Enrollment ADP Terminated Record Indicator and Enrollment ADP Terminated Record with Zero Cost Indicator are ADP indicators used in Payroll export files.
The Enrollment Park View Payroll Indicator is used on Parkview’s Payroll file (sent during OE). The Enrollment PCP AffiliateID is used on City of Durham’s BenefitFocus files. Not sure about the Enrollment Health Imputed Amount field but I think this is associated with pulling imputed income for Domestic Partner’s Coverage Tier based plans?
