   • This is what is currently used for contact support on cb.com
   •

As per above Robert's comment we need to change Family Name to Last Name.
Currently, it is appearing unchanged.

We have checked this is not reproducing at our end. Above screen shot does not have family name. Apart from we observe from one extra comma appending on password policy so will check that.
